For 2007 the America's twin grew from 790 cc to 865 cc and gained fuel injection, adding low-down torque so fewer gear changes are needed. Updates included reverse-cone silencers, new cast wheels, adjustable levers, a black engine with chrome covers and four new paint schemes. It stayed a low, wide, forward-footed highway cruiser.
